If you've finished DTS and feel like God is calling you to continue as a full-time missionary, we'd love to talk with you about joining our staff here at YWAM Colorado. We are a diverse community of young and old from different backgrounds. We have a common vision and purpose to train, inspire, and equip people who will go out to love, inspire, and transform the world.

Job Options we Offer
Hospitality
We need people with the heart of serving to join our hospitality department. YWAM affirms the ministry of hospitality as an expression of God’s character and the value of people. We believe it is important to open our hearts, homes, campuses and ministry centers to serve and honor one another
Gardener
On our campus, we have a large vegetable garden, and many flower beds that make this place a beautiful place to live, especially in summer. We need people with a heart for gardening to help maintain during our summer months from May to October.
Admin
Our Admin team is a big part of how this base functions. From answering phones, to answering emails, and communicating with our other departments, (especially hospitality) to keep everyone informed and on the same page. They are our point of contact between our campus and our guests!
Maintenance
If you are a handyman, or women, we could use your skills here at our Cimarron Campus. Anything from chopping firewood, to fixing leaks, to shoveling snow with our Skid Steers, and even welding. We live on a unique campus, therefore no skills are unimportant.
Kitchen
Do you love food? We do too! if you have a passion for food and serving, Working in our kitchen might be a perfect fit for you. Bringing our staff, and guests together for meals is one of the most important things to make them feel loved. We love our kitchen crew!
Worship
If you have a heart for Worshiping the Lord, we have a need for passionate people to come on board with us and expand our music department. We have musical instruments, speakers, mics, everything but someone to come along side us! So if you are passionate about music, sing, and/or play any kind of instrument, we would love for you to join our team!
Mechanic
We have multiple vehicles, a CAT Backhoe, two Skid-steers, lawn mowers, 4-wheelers, generators, etc. that need people to oversee their maintenance.Without our mechanics, The base could not operate, so we appreciate them with our whole heart!
Grounds
Grounds is a branch off of our maintenance team. Our grounds team maintains our land. Mowing the lawn, water our grass, maintain the trees and forest around our campus, and anything else in order to upkeep the beautiful place we live.
Media
If you have a gifting for Social Media influence, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, ect. we are in need of creative people to take on the media for our Campus.
